Introduction
The solder wires are manufactured with the RAM Medium active resin flux which matched the composition of the purified lead-free solders. There is no damage to sensitive component and no pungent odor. A variety of alloy composition of solder wires can be provided for users. It meets the requirements of RoHS and REACH.
Characteristics
The products are made from natural resin, adding active material. With no cleaning, excellent fluidity and high soldering speed, It is very suitable for the high speed electrical assembly stream line application and used in robot auto-soldering.
